Place the items in their original product packaging and include all accessories; ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
